Dr. Harris was born in Texas and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, Texas in 1988. He practiced chiropractic over 27 years in Maryland and Louisiana. With his love of chiropractic, Dr. Harris promotes complete wellness and natural healing. He enjoys playing golf, hiking and bicycling in his spare time.

I’ve had a great experience with Physical Therapy. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Franchesca is amazing, and Dr. Dulski and the team created a thorough treatment plan that really helped. They truly care and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and I’ve had no issues and I love the staff here. Francesca always makes sure that I’m comfortable and okay. She does an amazing job and she’s very good at it and is very caring!
